FILLING POWDERED MATERIALS

Packaging bags with internal flow channel exhaust function are especially suitable for filling powdered materials. When filling with the bag mouth closed, the air in the bag will be discharged outside the bag along the internal flow channel. The space of the exhaust flow channel can be flexibly designed according to different materials.


Advantages:

1. The packaging bag will not be expanded and ruptured during filling.

2. There will be no dust flying during filling.

3. Fill the powdered material in sufficient quantity.

PALLETIZED AND STACKED

After filling, the packaging bags with labyrinth exhaust are palletized and stacked. The weight of the stacking makes the air in the packaging bag gradually discharged out of the bag along the labyrinth flow channel, and water molecules will not enter the bag.

1. Easy palletizing and safe transportation.

2. According to different materials, the packaging bag material has a special and fast formula design with oxygen barrier, UV resistance and water permeability It solves the problem that traditional packaging bags cannot exhaust and water molecules will enter the bag.

SQUARE-BOTTOM VALVE BAG

The square-bottom valve bag features an internal non-woven fabric pasting design and plum-blossom-shaped air-permeable pinholes on the bag surface for exhaust. It completely solves dust leakage during the filling of ultra-fine powder materials and enables thorough removal of air from the bag.
